Mail Art al Castello Con artisti monferrini E' stata inaugurata  sabato 22 ottobre   nel Torrione Nord/Est del  Castello del Monferrato , la  Mostra internazionale di Mail Art “BELLEZZA” , organizzata dall’Associazione ECHORAMA in collaborazione con il Comune della  Città di Casale Monferrato . L’evento è stato presentato dall’assessore alla cultura Gigliola Fracchia che ha sottolineato l’importante validità qualitativa del progetto con un suo nuovo allestimento che mette in evidenzia le numerose opere in esposizione e dalla curatrice ed artista Laura Chiarello che ha evidenziato l’importanza del tema in un contesto storicamente difficile come quello contemporaneo, dove forse solo l’arte può tentare di unire tutti i popoli sotto un unico ideale quello della bellezza. Ci sono aree di alcune città europee di cui la polizia ha perso il controllo? Dove ambulanze e postini si rifiutano di andare? Dove i non-locali farebbero meglio a non recarvisi e dove vige una legge “parallela”? Avete mai sentito parlare delle  “no go zones ”  europee ? Strano, perché sono aree di città europee al cui ingresso dicono si possa anche rischiare la vita. Se esistono, non è strano che esistano; ma può apparire strano che da noi non se ne parli molto. Vi proporrò qualche informazione su queste zone; con un avviso importante e preliminare: alcuni media e alcuni sindaci e alcune polizie sono riluttanti ad ammettere che queste aree esistano così come definite (vediamo appresso la definizione di  no-go zones ); e
